The basis of the drawing is composed of cyclists and a clock.
The cyclists ride in the opposite direction as indicated by the arrows. Counterclockwise.
The bicycles on the bottom are on rollers, on which the cyclists train. They all drive at 70km per hour.
They ride against time.
